I love how chilled out I feel on this magnesium

since i've been using it its been great.. on my second jar but i would say i dont think you get enough in a jar if it was a 1|3 of the way fuller i would give it a 10/10 but definately a good product apart from that

only been taking the magnesium 3 days and so far i'm noticing a better sleep so...so far so good..👍

Have been having sleep issues for months , fall asleep easy but awake after 1 hour , and couldn't sleep then.
