I actually took the time to do a real in depth review of this so ur welcome. I have pretty bad heat and bleach damaged 3b curls and have been working on healing and growing them for a LONG time so you can trust me. Now I got this product because I’m trying to grow out my hair and as you can clearly tell it did not do that so 0 stars for growth which was disappointing but to be fair I did get a little trim during this process. Anyways I gave it 5 stars because it actually did do as it was advertised to do and I feel like my hair looks and feels healthier.

Arrived right on time. This does work. My hair would be even thinner if I was not taking this. Helps to give me & my hair an extra boost. Depends on the person but give it about 2-3 months & you see difference.

It's not bad, easy to take. Before, I grew 1 centimeter a month, now it grew 2 centimeters. I'm very happy. This is my second bottle.
