“To the Last Capsule” 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to our standard return policy, we offer a special guarantee for new customers who want to try our bestsellers completely risk-free.
We call it our “To the Last Capsule” Guarantee because we truly believe you’ll feel the difference down to the very last capsule.


This guarantee applies exclusively to:

  • Burn Boost

  • Colon Cleanse

and only for first-time customers (first order).

If you don’t experience noticeable results within 30 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs).


Terms of the Risk-Free Guarantee

  • Applies only to the 1-jar / 1-month option of Burn Boost or Colon Cleanse.

  • Not valid for bundles or any other Jennah Organics products.

  • If purchased as part of a bundle, the guarantee only applies to the supply from the first month.

  • Valid once per customer per product (first-time buyers only).

  • Capsules must have been taken as directed on the product label.

  • Refunds based on taste or personal preference are not eligible.

  • For detox and weight-support products (such as Burn Boost and Colon Cleanse):
    if you can demonstrate that you have taken at least 9 servings and have avoided junk food and alcohol during this period, we will gladly issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • Once a refund has been issued under this guarantee, the same product cannot be purchased again through our online store.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Jennah Organics does not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back and providing a valid tracking number as proof.


How the Guarantee Works

  1. Within 30 days of purchase, email support@jennahorganics.com with your order number and reason for request.

  2. Add your tracking number once you have shipped the product back.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Always use a traceable shipping method. Jennah Organics cannot accept responsibility for lost or unverified returns without valid proof of shipment.
